Wimbledon – Full House Refurbishment with Loft Conversion
Sandbrick Developments Ltd completed a full house refurbishment in Wimbledon, including a loft conversion that added two new bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor was updated with three refurbished bedrooms and a modernised family bathroom, while the ground floor saw the installation of a new kitchen and the future-proofing of the WC for potential conversion to a shower room. A mist fire suppression system was installed to meet current building regulations (EEFS), ensuring enhanced fire safety throughout the property.
