
Sandbrick Developments successfully transformed a traditional 3-bedroom house in Tooting Bec into a high-spec 5-bedroom HMO, tailored for modern co-living. The project included a 3-metre rear extension and a full loft conversion to maximise space and value. Each bedroom was designed with comfort and independence in mind, featuring private en-suite bathrooms and individual kitchenettes. A fully equipped communal kitchen and an additional WC were installed for convenience. To meet increased demand, the property was upgraded to a three-phase electrical system with individual metro meters, a door entry system, and new double-glazed windows throughout. A booster pump system was also fitted to maintain consistent water pressure across all units.
