Full House Refurbishment, Loft Conversion & Rear Extension – Wimbledon
Sandbrick Developments Ltd carried out a full house refurbishment in Wimbledon, which included a loft conversion creating two new bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a rear extension to expand the ground floor living area. The project also involved a complete internal renovation, installation of a standard worktop kitchen, and refurbishment of two bathrooms—one in the loft and one on the first floor—plus the addition of a guest WC on the ground floor. All windows were replaced with new energy-efficient units, and a French door was fitted at the rear to enhance natural light and garden access. Externally, we landscaped the garden and laid low-maintenance artificial grass to complete the transformation.
