House 1 – Conversion & Expansion:
The original property was expertly converted into two self-contained flats through a combination of a rear extension and a new loft conversion. The result is two modern, spacious living spaces designed with functionality, comfort, and high-quality finishes in mind.
House 2 – New Build with Smart Design:
Adjacent to the original property, we constructed a brand-new house from the ground up. This contemporary build also accommodates two flats, made possible through a thoughtfully designed rear extension and loft addition. To enhance energy efficiency, we integrated solar panels as part of the roof design—an eco-conscious feature aligned with modern living standards.
