Sandbrick successfully delivered a mixed-use development project in Tooting. The first-floor hall above a restaurant was converted into two residential flats, and an additional floor was added to accommodate two more flats—resulting in a total of four 1-bedroom units. Alongside this airspace extension and residential construction, we carried out an economical refurbishment of the existing restaurant, enhancing its functionality while keeping costs in check.
